Is it real leather?
Yes. Our leather pieces are full-grain leather, the top cut of the hide (the part cheaper brands sand off and spray-paint). Some of our bags, like the canvas tote and duffel set, are heavy-duty canvas instead — it says so right on each product page, no fine print games. Whatever the material, it's built to be used daily, not stored like a museum piece.
How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide with tracking on every order. US: 2–4 business days. Europe: 2–3. Rest of world: 4–5. You'll get a tracking link the moment it leaves us, and you can follow it on our Track My Order page -> no "where is my order" anxiety spirals required.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What if I don't like it?
Then send it back. You've got 30 days from delivery to return it in unused condition for a [full refund if you ship it OR refund minus return shipping managed by us. No interrogation, no 14-step form. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy, but the short version is: we'd rather refund you than have you keep a bag you don't love.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. Never.
The price you see at checkout is the final price - we handle all duties, taxes, and customs fees on every order, everywhere. No surprise invoice from the courier, no "pay €23 to release your package" ransom note at your door. What you paid is what it costs. Done.
Will it fit my laptop / fit as a carry-on?
The daily tote fits up to a 16" laptop plus charger, water bottle, and the receipts you keep meaning to deal with. The duffel passes as a carry-on with Delta, Spirit, and most major airlines -> customers have flown it plenty (check the reviews, they brag about it). Exact dimensions live on every product page so you can measure-check before you buy.
My bag arrived damaged or something broke. Now what?
Email us at info@leathercrossbody.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it - replacement or fix, fast. Stuff happens in shipping; ghosting you afterward is a choice, and it's not ours.
How does the giveaway work?

Is it really made in Italy?
Yes! Designed and crafted in Italy.
"Made in Italy" is a legally protected claim (both in the EU and for US advertising under FTC rules). Only run this answer if the substantial manufacturing genuinely happens in Italy — if production is actually elsewhere with Italian design or Italian leather, say that instead ("Italian leather, crafted in [country]") because a false origin claim is the kind of thing that gets stores in real trouble for our shop / company.
